Schoenhoft, Spitler Discuss All-Star Game
At Saturday's North-South Classic, quarterback Rob Schoenhoft started the game strong, showing the cannon that made him one of the top prospects in the Midwest. In the first half, he was 6 of 14 for 164 yards and was doing his best to keep the South in the game. However, after being chased out of the pocket and knocked around most of the night, Schoenhoft slowed down quite a bit in the second half. He finished the game 9 of 23 for 179 yards, with one touchdown and one interception. The North rolled to a 45-17 victory over the outmatched South. "It was a good time; a good experience," Schoenhoft said. "I learned how to get hit, I guess. But, you know, I got play with and against some really great athletes.
