QB: Tucker Israel. The Lake Nona standout can spin it as well as anyone in this state right now, and he's only a sophomore. He led the state in passing in 2012 and will definitely be a player in the 2015 class to watch closely in the coming years.
RB: Darius Cohen. The Moore Haven senior has flown under the recruiting radar but it makes you wonder how. At 5-foot-9 and 165 pounds, Cohen ran a 4.4 and benched 185 pounds 25 times. He had over 1,000 yards rushing, 110 tackles, and nine interceptions. And he's qualified. He's a Division 1 caliber player just waiting for a chance.
WR: Johnnie Dixon. The Dwyer High standout was outstanding in testing, and even better during 1on1 and 7on7 drills. He has a dozen offers already and will be among the state's best recruits, regardless of position, for next year.
OL: Josh Peters. He helped lead The First Academy to a 12-1 season in 2012. At 6-foot-3 and just under 300 pounds, he's a very good interior offensive line prospect who is already getting a lot of looks. He's tough, smart, and well-coached. He is a legitimate Division 1 prospect.
DL: Tyree Owens. The Oviedo High standout may have been the biggest surprise of the entire weekend. He was flat out off the charts with his testing numbers. At 6-foot-4 and 221 pounds, he ran a 4.7, did 19 reps on the bench, and had a 34-inch vertical jump. He was then very good during 1-on-1 drills. Owens was very good on the field in 2012, and will likely get recruited nationally.
LB: Chris DeLaRosa. The Lake Brantley standout put his name on the recruiting map with a very strong performance. At 6-feet and 211 pounds, he ran a 4.7/40, 4.4/shuttle, and jumped 30 inches. He looked fluid during drills, even though he's a middle linebacker and is better making plays at or behind the line of scrimmage. He's tough, he's smart, and he makes plays. He'll be one of the area's best in 2013.
DB: Kwadarrius Smith. The First Academy standout was the fastest player in Orlando, and he'll be among the fastest players in the entire state next year. He has good cover skills, excellent ball skills, and he has top notch athleticism. He is already getting some college interest but his stock should take off now very soon with performances like this one.
There were many other standout performances from other players, as this is just a small sampling of the talent we saw.
