| Donnie is proof positive that you can't always trust the recruiting rankings. Back in 1997, he wasn't highly-ranked and was an unexpected commitment to Ohio State as he was originally planning to go to Ohio University, and then the Buckeyes came in with an offer and he committed. Since then, he has become a three-year starter at safety and will become a four-year starter in 2002. He and Mike Doss will team to become one of the best safety tandems around. In 2001, he had 54 tackles and 2 INTs. Majoring in Finance. |
