| Harlen (above, Evan Mercer pic) came to OSU as a raw CB prospect who was a last-minute addition to the 2000 recruiting class. Over time, he has developed into one of the better CB prospects on the team. In 2002, he projects as a key backup at CB and should see plenty of time. In 2001, he played mostly on special teams and made three tackles. He has good size and great speed. |
