| Biography: |
| Long had 45 tackles as a junior. He bench presses 330 pounds and power cleans 340. He also has a 550 squat.
Long reports a 2.8 core GPA and a 1640 SAT.
Long: "I'm very versatile and have a great motor. I go hard on every play and go until the final whistle. I work hard and move well for a big guy. I love pass blocking, but I also really like pass rushing too. Defensive end is a lot of fun, but offensive line is my first position. I love playing them both.
"I want to improve my consistency and technique. I'm still working on the fundamentals and learning about hand placement and reading defenses. I just want to have a better overall football IQ."
