Three-year starter who posted 44/8/7 as a senior after a
career-high 76 tackles the prior year.
Pos:
Smart, hard-working linebacker who is best as a two-down defender.
Effectively reads the action, makes plays laterally and works to get
involved. Pursues from the backside with speed, plays with discipline
and stays with assignments. Breaks down well and nicely redirects to
the action.
Neg:
Ineffective in coverage and struggles making plays in reverse. Used
mainly on the line as a rush linebacker/defensive end last year. |
