| Biography: |
English will be a three-year varsity memmber for Trotwood-Madison in 2006. Marcus played cornerback and wide receiver for the Rams. He had 40 tackles, seven pass break-ups and one interception as a junior. Very good size, could play safety, cornerback or wide receiver at the next level.
Coach's Comments - "Marcus started out as a linebacker for us and we moved him back to safety and he winded up at cornerback because he's an athlete. Marcus has great hips, he can tap dance with the best of them. Marcus is everything that the college coaches will be looking for in a cornerback. He's a special player." -- Maurice Douglass
Recorded 56 tackles with two interceptions, had three fumble recoveries, tallied two forced fumbles, and four sacks as a senior...First-team All-Conference selection. |
