Primarily the backup to Cletidus Hunt at the 'Eagle' defensive tackle position. ... Missed first two games after suffering a preseason knee/ankle injury. Suffered a right knee bone bruise and sprained ankle in the final preseason game, Sept. 3 at Tennessee.
2003: Served as the primary backup to Cletidus Hunt at the “eagle” tackle position for the first half of the season but was inactive for seven games at the end of the season. Was back in the lineup for the Seattle playoff game but inactive against for the Eagles game. ... Averaged 16 snaps per game when active, tallying 12 tackles (seven unassisted) and batting down one pass. ... Best game came in the regular-season game against Seattle, when he made four stops during just 12 plays.
