| Kid has a very nice arm, decent size for the position, but his ability to find open targets when in trouble shows off his sixth sense. Not only does he possess “escapability” but the Dallas gunslinger makes plays downfield, both in-and-out of the pocket. |
| Biography: |
Put up monster numbers as a sophomore with 3,180 yards and 38 touchdowns. As a junior he managed to put up over 1,800 yards and 18 touchdowns.
Scouting Report:
He has a quick release and moves his feet in the pocket well. He's not primarily a runner, but he still shows good mobility, and he throws the ball well on the run. He has the arm to throw the ball as hard as he needs to, and he has the touch to know when not to use his big arm.
Stafford: "I've got a strong and accurate arm and I study a lot of film to make the game slow down for me. I make good decisions and I'm a good leader with a 'never say die' attitude. I like having the ball in my hands if we're down towards the end of the game. I want to get my completion percentage up and be smarter with the football. And when I get the chance to run with it, I just should."
