John Peterson, Tight Ends/Recruiting Coordinator (First season
at Ohio State)
- Was hired on to become part of Mike Stoops' staff at the University of Arizona but came to Ohio State shortly after to replace long-time assistant Bill Conley
- Was OL coach at Miami (OH) from 1999-2003 and coached at Akron from 1995-98 at the same position
- Played at Middletown under Bill Conley and played four years at Ohio State
- Graduated in 1991 and then spent two years at the University of Cincinnati as a graduate assistant (1991-92) with the defensive line, then took a graduate assistant position at Ohio State with the OL
