Scouting Report:Stull is a drop-back passer with good mobility in the pocket. He has good footwork and can escape the initial rush and buy some time. Stull possesses a very good arm and can throw with touch and velocity. He has beautiful touch on the fade pattern and has enough zip to throw the deep out. In fact, he possesses all the throws you look for in a quarterback and has a nice release.
