Spencer Ware, who continues to deny a leader, says that North Carolina is recruiting him the hardest. “They keep in touch the most,” he said of the Tar Heels. “They seem to send the most mail and they seem pretty cool. The program is coming up and are playing some pretty good football. I really like how they are known for having two-sport athletes. Plus Chapel Hill is a great area...”
