Youngstown (Ohio) Ursuline star defensive end Jamel Turner is one of the top prospects in the class of 2010. Turner holds several scholarship offers after a spectacular sophomore season, when he recorded an amazing 23 sacks. Recently he received an offer from Ohio State. Bill Greene caught up with Turner at a scrimmage and filed this report.
