The Under Armour/Scout.com Combine staff is used to seeing speed as it travels from coast to coast, but in Cincinnati? Yes, an amazing 14 of the more than 200 players who participated in the Cincinnati combine ran sub 4.5 40-yard dashes. The Midwest is not known for its speed, but don’t tell these guys that.
