The Ohio State Buckeyes will have the ability to issue 25 scholarships for the class of 2009. They are off to a flying start with seven commitments and appear to be moving quickly to fill up this class. There are ten Ohio prospects without Buckeye offers currently that are possibly in the Buckeye plans. Bill Greene has the story.
