Toledo (OH) Whitmer high TE/DE Kevin Koger was in Ann Arbor recently to take in a spring practice. While in town he got some great news from the Michigan coaching staff. Not long after that he apparently got similarly good news from Ohio State. Do one of these traditional rivals hold an early advantage?
