TJ Downing's father, Walter Downing, played football at Michigan. However, the younger Downing decided to sign with rival Ohio State and the decision has worked out well for him. Now entering his fourth-year in the program, Downing is the Buckeyes' starting right guard and is looking to build off his impressive finish to the 2004 season.
