Cleveland (Ohio) Glenville athlete Ray Fisher is one of several D-1 prospects for Ted Ginn’s Tarblooders. Fisher has been on the varsity since he was a freshman and has started on the varsity, on both sides of the football, since his sophomore season. Several schools have already offered the 5-foot-9, 170-pounder a scholarship.
