Taurian Washington

Ohio State recruit Taurian Washington and the entire St. Mary's offense, for the most part, were held in check last Friday night in a 14-7 defeat to Warren De La Salle High School. The loss prevents the 6-2 Eaglets from playing for their league's Prep Bowl Championship and sends them to the wild card game on Saturday afternoon. De La Salle will play Birmingham Brother Rice for the championship.

Justin Siller and Washington

Siller has verbally committed to Purdue.

While Allen, a two-way star, has verbally committed to Florida State.

David Blackburn, just a junior, is a good-looking wide receiver prospect...

...who was frequently checked by Allen on the evening.

Allen is considered by some to be one of the top cornerbacks in the country.

This block from Washington helped Siller get the corner.

Despite the loss to the Pilots, the Eaglets have already secured a first-round playoff game the week after the Prep Bowl, whether they win or lose the consolation game. Recommended Stories
