Pitcock started causing havoc from the outset.



Troy Smith sets up to go deep to Ginn on this play but the pass is intercepted.

Defense has a sudden change and Pitcock goes right back to work.

...as Pitcock runs him down near the sideline with the help of Gholston and Laurinaitis.

Trapasso's punt is caught at the one by Anderson Russell giving Penn State the ball right outside their own endzone. Antonio Smith and Austin Spitler are there to congratulate Russell on a fine special teams play.

After three plays Penn State is forced to punt and as their punting unit takes the field, there goes Coach Paterno to the lockerroom.

After Ohio State punts the ball right back to Penn State, Morelli throws a completed pass on ths play to Brenden Perretta for a first down.

Morelli completes this pass to Patrick Hall for 11 yards and another first down.

Hunt runs for 15 yard down to the 9 on this play.

After Morelli loses five yards rushing and Hunt gains one back, Morelli runs for six yards to the seven on this play.

And on the second try after a miss and a roughing penalty on Ohio State on the first attempt, Kevin Kelly hits this field goal from 21 yards out to give Penn State a 3-0 lead at halftime.

At halftime, Gentry and Adam Taliaferro, who suffered a similar fate at Ohio Stadium six years ago, appeared together for the first time.

Coach Paterno came back out with his team for the start of the second half.

The second-half started with an interception by Smith for Ohio State and a missed 43-yard field goal by Kevin Kelly before Smith looks for Ginn on this play.

Ginn gets just three yards after making the catch from Smith.

Pittman rushes for 19 yards on this play.

Brian Hartline catches this pass for eight yards.

After Chris Wells rushes for three yards and a first down, Pittman catches a screen pass from Smith for 17 yards on this play that puts the ball on the 12.

And on the very next play Pittman runs up the middle and through the safety at the two...

...and scores their first touchdown on the day.

After Smith scrambles away from pressure and reverses field on this play...

He finds Brian Robiskie 37 yards down the field in the endzone for the second touchdown on the day...

...to give the Buckeyes a 14-3 lead.

But after a 3rd-and-one stand by the OSU defense on this play...and a five-yard penalty on fourth-and-one...

...Penn State has to settle for this 23-yard FG to make the score 14-6.

After Ohio State goes three-and-out, Penn State is on the attack again. Hunt gets more positive yardage on this play.

Morelli has one more completion in him on this play before the wheels fall off.

Jenkins picked off one pass and ran it back for a TD before Antonio Smith picked off another pass on this play to make the score 28-6.

Darryl Clark came in for Penn State and he was tackled for no gain by Penton on this play...

...right before Robert Rose sacked him for a six-yard loss on the game's final play.
