The Illinois Fighting Illini football program went from being a BCS team in 2001 to being one of the bottom teams in the conference the past two seasons, and it helped lead to the dismissal of then-head coach Ron Turner. Enter Ron Zook, an ex-OSU assistant who will be attempting to bring Illinois back into the status of a contender. In today's Captain's Corner Audio, Jerry Rudzinski discusses Zook's hiring and what it could mean to this program.

Ron Zook had some much-publicized ups and downs while being the head coach at Florida, and since his firing, he moved back to the Big Ten by taking over the head coaching spot at Illinois. What kind of impact will he make for the Fighting Illini?
