The problems were caused when Insiders.com switched their domain name over to Scout.com earlier Friday. According to Scout.com tech support, all you need to do is delete your cookies in your browser then login fresh. In Internet Explorer, to delete cookies, click Tools, then Internet Options, then Delete Cookies. In Netscape/Mozilla, click Edit, then Preferences, then Privacy and Security, then Cookies, then click Cookie Manager, then you can delete the cookies from in there.
