It was the first home game in nearly a month against the team that ended Ohio State's 19-game winning streak in Wisconsin last year. This year's 18-game home winning streak was on the line when the Badgers invaded Columbus. Mike Nugent set yet another school record in the game.

The student section was back in action for the first time this season and they were at the top of their game.

Ted Ginn Jr. started the scoring off in the first quarter with this electrifying 65-yard punt return.

With OSU marching on their very next possession, Roy Hall was stripped of the football after this reception. It was one of two Buckeye turnovers on the day.

A.J. Hawk led the OSU defensive unit with 20 tackles in the game. The Buckeye defense held Wisconsin to minus 3 yards rushing and 31 yards passing in the first quarter.

Mike Nugent kicked a 42-yard field goal to start the second quarter and give the Buckeyes a 10-0 lead. And with his 55-yard field goal, tying his career long, at the end of the quarter, Nugent broke another school record with 60 career field goals.

Anthony Davis got it going in the second quarter, racing 31 yards on this play for Wisconsin's first points of the game.

The diminutive one finished the game with 39 carries for 168 yards.

Wisconsin netted 184 yards on the ground while Ohio State had 99 yards.

Dustin Fox tutored the cornerbacks when they came off the field.

Donte Whitner played big all game finishing the contest with 17 tackles.

Justin Zwick was 15 of 31 in the air for 125 yards.

John Stocco was 15 of 24 for 160 yards and two touchdowns.

Lydell Ross rushed for 8 yards through this giant hole on this play. He finished with 30 yards on just 7 carries.

Antonio Pittman, who was out early on the field tossing the football around, had 48 yards on 4 carries. He ripped off a 43-yard in the game.

There was a sad celebration for the late Neutron Man between the 3rd and 4th quarters. Unless you've been to a Buckeye game, you can't fully comprehend how deep of a loss we all suffered.

And at the end of the game, the team gathered in their usual place in front of the band to sing Carmen Ohio...win or lose.
