Add another Ohio football star to the list of prospects Ohio State has
extended a scholarship offer to. This time, the lucky recipient is defensive
line prospect Todd Denlinger of Troy High School.
Denlinger just recently received a scholarship offer from the Buckeyes. His
list of offers seems to be consistently growing as in addition to Ohio State,
Denlinger has reportedly received offers from Tennessee, Maryland, Pittsburgh,
Wisconsin, and several others.
The 6-4, 265 Denlinger is projected by many to be a DT in college but is
athletic enough to play DE. Last season, Denlinger actually played at MLB,
racking up 125 tackles and making plays all over the field.
Denlinger is very high on Ohio State and the Buckeyes stand a good chance at
landing him. He has offers from all his favorites except Notre Dame, so decision may come very soon.
Denlinger is rated as the #3 overall prospect in the state of Ohio in Ohio
High magazine by recruiting editor Duane Long.
