Russell Arrives On OSU Campus

After a week of questions regarding his college eligibility, five-star guard D'Angelo Russell has joined his fellow incoming Buckeyes on the Ohio State campus.

Summer semester has been in session for a week now, but it wasn't until today that Ohio State's 2014 class fully formed in Columbus. That's when D'Angelo Russell finally arrived on campus, after the five-star guard spent the last week facing questions regarding his college eligibility.

The second-ranked shooting guard in the 2014 class, Russell was named to both the McDonald's All-American Game and Jordan Brand Classic following his senior season at Montverde (Fla.) Academy. The Louisville, Ky. native appeared to confirm his arrival at Ohio State with an Instagram post of his locker on Monday night.

The Buckeyes lay claim to the nation's 10th-ranked class in 2014, with Russell being joined by fellow freshmen Keita Bates-Diop, Jae'sean Tate and Dave Bell. Ohio State also attracted the services of a pair of big men transfers in Temple's Anthony Lee and Virginia Tech's Trevor Thompson. Recommended Stories
