Day One of the Ohio state playoffs is in the books, and Friday saw some outstanding individual performances, including Jayme Thompson of Toledo Central Catholic. Who else stood out in the three title games?

Adam Bertke: The junior quarterback led Maria Stein Marion Local to the state championship, playing both sides of the football. Bertke (6-foot-6, 200-pounds) holds a Toledo offer, and impressed both throwing and running the football. For the game, he ran for over 100 yards and threw for 166.
